From just offering community education and counselling about HIV/AIDS, KIDA  opened KIDA hospital on 11th August 2011. The hospital provides general health care services to the vulnerable rural population including but not limited to the following;

1. In-patient and Out- Patient care
2. HIV/AIDS Counselling and Testing and ART
3. Major and Minor Surgery
4. Immunization
5. Antenatal, Maternity, and Post-natal care
6. Family Planning
7. Follow up visits of clients at their homes
8. Laboratory
9. Ultra Sound scan
