As a way of empowering the jobless members of the community to become job creators rather than jobseekers, KIDA offers Vocational Skills training at subsidized arrangements. Beneficiaries include School leavers/dropouts and other people who seek to broaden their skills for improved living. Courses offered at the moment include:

1. Brick laying and Concrete Practice
2. Carpentry
3. Tailoring and knitting
4. Hair dressing
